Lylula began at the end of 2025, after we lost the business we had built. We started baking from the heart — and people came back for the cookies.
What began as a way to survive is now a small kitchen, a stall at weekend markets, and a growing list of private clients across South Africa.

Lylula Premium Bites (mykoekies.co.za) sells homemade cookies and rusks, baked to order in South Africa, at R180 per kilogram.
When you pay, you offer to buy the flavours and weights on your checkout. We accept that offer when PayFast confirms payment. We then bake that exact list.
Photos are a guide only. Bakes can look different from the images. Jars in photos are for display and are not included with your order.
Tell us about allergies in the order notes. We bake in a home kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and seeds, so traces are possible.
You must give a correct name, phone, email, and — if we are delivering — a complete street address. If those details are wrong, email order@mykoekies.co.za or bestel@mykoekies.co.za with your order number before we bake.

We deliver to your door anywhere in South Africa, or you can collect by arrangement. Collection is free.
Door delivery is R70 if the order is under 3 kg, and R120 if it is over 3 kg. The fee is added at checkout.
Allow 3–5 days after payment. We WhatsApp you when the parcel leaves. Times can move if the courier is delayed.
The address on your order is the address we send to. A wrong or incomplete address can mean a failed delivery. Extra courier costs to resend are for your account.
Someone must be able to receive the parcel. If the courier cannot complete delivery because of access, an incorrect address, or nobody to receive it, extra fees may apply.
Collection: we confirm the time on WhatsApp. Please collect when agreed so the bake stays fresh.
Every order is baked after you pay, for the flavours you chose. We do not refund a change of mind once baking has started.
If we send the wrong flavours, or the parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or collection. Use your order number, and send photos of the parcel and the bake.
Where we are at fault, we will replace that part of the order or refund it. Refunds go back on the same card through PayFast.
We cannot accept returns of opened food except where the goods are defective or not what you paid for.
If you paid and we never received the order, or payment failed after it was taken, email us with the PayFast reference and we will sort it out.
